- 2020 year-end financial gifts of over $30,000 were received to help us continue moving forward on the project
- $50,000 grant was given by the Rowley Family Foundation in June of 2020 to cover the cost of the materials for the new storage barn
- Mike DeVries Concrete, Inc. donated his services to install the concrete floor in the new storage barn
- Seldom Rest Construction donated their services to build the new storage barn
- E. Tetz & Sons gave a discounted price on the concrete for the storage barn floor, as well as donated a truckload of gravel to prepare the area
- Advanced Testing donated their services to perform all the necessary materials testing for the entire sports complex project
- M & H Tractor donated all the maintenance services for the lower mowers we use to maintain the property
- American Fence donated the installation of a post and rail fence along the property line, as well as added additional poles to upgrade the hammer/discus cage
- Cooper Paving donated the installation of the javelin run
- American Fence dug the holes for the temporary hammer throw area
- KJS Tree Service helped install the poles for the temporary hammer throw area and helped hang the netting on the new hammer/discus cage
- MF Athletic donated the throwing circle for the temporary hammer throw area
- A local family donated $5,000 to help cover the cost of the phased site work engineering
- Grand Slam Safety donated the netting for the temporary hammer throw area
- Nick DeVries Concrete poured the pad, using concrete donated from Woodard’s concrete, for the temporary hammer throw area
- Pine Bush Equipment donated the use of a skid steer to finish grade the shot put throwing area and EP Jansen Nursery donated the grass seed
- Seldom Rest Construction donated the use of a lull to help with the demolition of the barn
- Suburban Excavating donated $2,000 towards the demolition of the last barn

- LAN Associates donated their services to create a color presentation board of the project… $2,500 of services donated in September 2019 HERE
- Down payment to go under contract to purchase the land… $10,000 donated in October of 2016
- Lawyer fees…$7,500 donated in 2017
- Completed full proforma for the project…$25,000 donated in January 2016
- Completed site plan, and traffic study, for approval by the Town of Wallkill planning board… $45,000 donated since October of 2016
- Property cleanup…equipment use donated by Pine Bush Equipment (PBE), $3,000 donated to cover the cost of dumpsters, 1-week of time donated by two gentlemen from North Carolina, 25 teens from the Fox Hill Bruderhoff Community in Walden, NY came out for a work day, a high school classmate/friend and his father have been helping out for weeks (running equipment)
- Demolishing of barns… $7,500 donated, January of 2018, to cover the grinding of the demolished structures (work done by Suburban Excavating), equipment use donated by (PBE)
- Garbage cleanup…donation of two dumpsters by IWS
- Disposal of tires left on site…$2,000 (cost covered by scrap metal from site)
- Initial site work and demolishing of silos…$19,800 in services donated by Dino from Suburban excavating (cost of fuel, approximately $2,000, covered by donation)
- Fencing for track & field throwing platform…$4,500 value (donated by American Fence Company)
- Concrete pad for track & field throwing platform …$2,500 value (installation donated by Mike DeVries & concrete donated by Dick’s Concrete)
- Finish graded the lawn areas and planted grass seed… seed and penn mulch donated by EP Jansen Nursery, hydroseeding donated by Lookin’ Good Landscaping, equipment use donated by PBE, work crew from North Carolina, multiple local volunteers
- Site work (base course for parking lots and roadway)… stone for this entire project was donated (cost of trucking covered by $7,500 donation), excavation and equipment was donated, multiple people donated their time to run the machines
- 60-inch cut ride on Scag mower donated by M & H Tractor
- Process of finalizing the site drawings with the planning board (engineering, traffic studies, etc.)…$20,000 donated
