ELIGIBILITY - IMPLEMENTS CHECK-IN
- U.S. citizens must be USA Track & Field members to enter and compete.
- Non-U.S. citizens must be members of their countries’ federation to enter and compete.
- Athletes 25 yrs. and older are eligible to compete.
- Athletes will compete in 5-year age divisions (25-29, 30-34, 35-39, etc.)
- Friday (8/15): Early check-in and implement check-in at the Red Barn, on the 12th Rock property, from 3 to 7. Implements to be checked in on Saturday or Sunday must be checked in one hour before your group starts the pentathlon.
- If you have a disability for which you are requesting an accommodation. The document must be received by USATF 6 weeks before the competition. Visit www.usatf.org/about/policies for more information.

Late Entries: Accepted until July 25, 2025 at midnight ($75 fee)
AWARDS CELEBRATION DINNER
Time: 6:30-9:30pm
Location: Tetz Family Clydesdale Farm | 29 Tetz Rd, Chester, NY 10918
Cocktail: until 7pm, followed by dinner at awards
Cost: $50/athlete
