As founder of the NY Metro Elite Track Club, Richard mentors sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers throughout the northeast region and beyond.  He has guided multiple All-American, national, and state champion athletes who compete in the America East, ACC, Big 10, and Ivy League, among others.  Affectionately known as Coach "O", Richard serves on the Board of Directors of 12th Rock Sports Center in Middletown, NY.
